Survey of Houses on S. Alexander Street

Friday, January 4th, 2008

My dad thought that it would be a good idea if, for some math homework, I did a survey of houses on South Alexander and figured out percentages. Here are the results of my survey of S. Alexander, from the south at Ulloa to the North at Canal Street:

Total number of houses: 79
Demolished- 6 houses/ ≈7.5949%
Inhabited- 24 houses/ ≈30.3797%
Uninhabited- 55 houses/ ≈69.6202%
Being Rebuilt- 32 houses/ ≈40.5065%
FEMA Trailers- 2 trailers/ ≈2.5316%

Two-Day

Wednesday, August 15th, 2007

Today is Two-Day! Two-Day is today beacase today there are a lot of two’s in my life. It’s the second day of school for my second year of middle school. It’s my mom’s 41st birthday and I made brownies and she can have two pieces. I broke the second tire on my bike. It still needs to be fixed. We still have two dogs. I have two parents, and they have two children. Today I also have two nostrels. I am missing two of my favorite earrings as well as two dollars that magically reappeared in my brother’s wallet. Not to mention that we are half-way done with conquering the world (muhahahihuhuho=evil laugh)
